rating's for their practically nonexistent support. they take a ridiculous amount of time to respond to emails, which is the ONLY way to contact them, and when they do respond it's 9/10 times going to be something completely unrelated to anything you've said/requested assistance with. Plus, EVERY time you send a reply back, they send an annoying automated message that creates a NEW email thread in your inbox, which they respond to. So, it's unnecessarily difficult to keep track of the convo.

I never used to have a problem with this app, but now It keeps telling me the bank is having issues even though I was pre-approved. Ever since they updated the app, this has been going wrong. I am a prestigious customer.

If I could make a payment of 429...on my paycheck date..I'd be out of debt in 4 months...without you... easily. I'll just keep making the minimum payments I guess. Won't be this app getting my extra interest I guess. I just thought the "consolidate debt" option would help me. It couldn't. I don't owe much, but my wife left me and this was clearly not the good option. Might be for some:)

Support won't give me a clear answer why things are delayed for me this time. No info but bank details changed this time. Had a loan from this company 5 times without issues. I'm stuck on pre approved and there hasn't been a response for a long time. Very disappointed.

Was fine until they switched a payment date on me my next payment was for August 12th and they changed it to yesterday I want my money back and I'll never use this app again shouldn't have switched my payment date and I want my money back now ...
