Their service is normally easy until my most recent loan, which they forced me to split into two. They gave me a pay date for the second payment that foes not correspond with my payschedule. I didn't notice that until last night. All payments have come out of my account or posted 24 hrs after the due date. This last payment posted as the 30 May. I watched my bank add the transaction online the morning of May 31. It's meant my account had a negative balance and may get NSF fees. What a set up.

Too slow to respond to emails. Too slow to approve loan 😕. One mistake on my part with the e-transfer and now I'm told 24-48 hrs!!!!! Icash doesn't live up to their advertising. Very disappointed. Need the money today!!!! All they need to do is call my bank but nooooo. Send an updated e-transfer before noon today. Stressed out!!!!! False advertising, plus one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. Today I cash!!! It's not rocket science.

lol they don't give you loan but collecting data on your earnings. kept asking for more n more details like they are giving me 15000 not 1500. Absolutely ridiculous app and utter waste of time.

Very hard to select loan amount that that sliding ball is so sensitive it takes half an hour to get it on the right amount please change that

Was a great app. Now doesn't work since update. UPDATE: Thank you for reaching out personally. I had to Uninstall and re install the app, then fill out everything again. Yes, I received funds very quickly after that, but it process took me the greater part of the day. Was not the usual seamless transactions as before the update.
