****EDIT**** great payday loan provider however they find every which way to pry your dollars out of you. Do they have the right? sure. Is it fair proper business? No it ain't! No retroactive payments for paying your loan off immediately, you end up paying the full interest rate then on the reward cash back they decrease it retroactively. say if you pay your small loan off early to be able to reborrow, don't expect to borrow anything more than what you just paid. cause me to take a major $$$ hit

ICASH, PUT ME THROUGH HELL. DONT GO NEAR THEM! My bank says they never initiated an EFT for repayment. I got an email afterwards: Your iCash application is "unlocked". So I checked with a CSR. And they confirmed "I can reapply". So I did. I paid them by email transfer and loan approved. Shortly after, icash EFT debits my bank,(DOUBLE PAYMENT) With bills due, it took me over 24hrs of begging & crying & dozens of iCash's canned response emails to get my money back, DONT USE ICASH. EVER! STAY AWAY!

this app is totally garbage the customer service is absolutely absurd when asked if I had a pay cheque deposit for 2 months in a row and I do . and they know they have access to my account but the person who did my loan was obviously just being a what a call I real winner. do not chose this company

Caution! Company is hasslesome to deal with. They will try and take payments ahead of the legal agreed date, or not take them at all on time. Support staff is generally good. They're super fast at processing giving loans. All of that has been awesome. Payment processing is absolutely terrible and it alone deserves 1 star.

DO NOT USE: myself and my network never use icash now because they lure you in with quick deposit times, but they offer zero payment plans which means you absolutely must pay the full amount, and if you ask the for even ONE more day just like I did they will tell you to get stuffed. their model is not based on repeat business because they know you won't come back after dealing with them. long story short. protect your credit. find a place that will easily give you the same amount.

I constantly enter correct banking info.. it says wrong info. never works until I message them and argue.. I'll give my money to money mart I guess

they claim they are fast and easy but have proved to be unreliable in both service and accountability if u are looking for simple and straightforward I highly recommend you avoid this company
