Seems like a scam, gave me a pre approval. Been waiting 12 hours with no response. I would advise going somewhere you can physically speak to someone. Worse customer service ever!

Have been using them for almost 3 year's, and now suddenly I can't get verified by sending email when I was able to before. I can getting emails first saying I can apply by sending my documents as I'm a returning customer, and as soon as I do I get told they can't do that. Sounds like they aren't training their employees well and they don't look into all the messages. Getting seriously pissed off
