I stopped by OC Nissan Dealership looking for a used Nissan Rogue. As soon as I got there, Elvis greeted me with a big, friendly smile and made me feel welcomed. He asked me questions to make sure he knew what I was looking for. He showed me couple of cars and took me for a test drive. He was very professional and answered all my questions with patience. Everyone at the dealership was nice and knowledgeable. My salesman Perry, really closed the deal for me. I respected the way Perry treated me, it made me feel comfortable about the purchase. If not for Perry, I probably would of purchased elsewhere!!
The sales team are the best we have experienced in our new car purchasing history. On Labor Day, 9/6/10, I visited the OC Nissan Irvine dealership. As soon as I got out of my car, Elvis Downs, the Sales Consultant, came over to greet me. From the moment we walked on the lot, there was no pressure. We were met by the best and dealt with the best. Herbert was initally the one who wanted to give us the deal. Well, about seven months out of BK we needed to buy a truck. My wife and I decided on purchasing a Nissan Frontier (we were thinking new at the time), but we have had very little experience with Nissan dealers. Years ago we tried a Nissan dealer in N. My fiancé and I went to OC Nissan Irvine recently to pick up my 350Z from the service department. I paid for the services and walked out to my car only to find that both of my license plates were MIA! I asked the guy that had just handed me the key where my plates were, thinking that perhaps someone removed them while performing the services.
