I wish the scale above had a 10, because I would give PERRY a 12!! Don't deal with anyone else but PERRY!! I repeat PERRY!! If he isn't working, find out when he is and come back! I am serious. I stopped by OC Nissan Dealership looking for a used Nissan Rogue. As soon as I got there, Elvis greeted me with a big, friendly smile and made me feel welcomed. He asked me questions to make sure he knew what I was looking for. He showed me couple of cars and took me for a test drive. He was very professional and answered all my questions with patience. Everyone at the dealership was nice and knowledgeable. My salesman Perry, really closed the deal for me. I respected the way Perry treated me, it made me feel comfortable about the purchase. If not for Perry, I probably would of purchased elsewhere!!
The sales team are the best we have experienced in our new car purchasing history. If we have not met this sales team we will never realize there is such wonderful, honest, and professional sales team existing. On Labor Day, 9/6/10, I visited the OC Nissan Irvine dealership. As soon as I got out of my car, Elvis Downs, the Sales Consultant, came over to greet me. From the moment we walked on the lot, there was no pressure. We were met by the best and dealt with the best. Herbert was initally the one who wanted to give us the deal. He was willing to do whatever we needed to get us in the price range we could afford. Herbert took us on two test drives of the Murano and the Rouge. Well, about seven months out of BK we needed to buy a truck. My wife and I decided on purchasing a Nissan Frontier (we were thinking new at the time), but we have had very little experience with Nissan dealers. Years ago we tried a Nissan dealer in N. My comments are for the service department. Over the years, I have always had high expectations of customer service of whom ever I have done business with. Unfortunately, at the age of 68 I have been disappointed many times. Except for the folks in your service department.
