Perry made what usually is a trying/tiresome experience of buying a car, a great experience. It was a very pleasant time with Perry- he made it seem like we were family and we felt right at home. Domingo and Thomas were great to work with. Domingo had to deal with errors in sticker information as a result of somebody stocking the car wrong, but worked hard to ensure that we knew which car we were looking at and to get us comfortable with the information presented to us. Of course, every dealership is in the business to make money and maximize profit. Senela proved to be a savvy sales person.We had some issues the night before at another dearlership and the deal didn't go thru because of the lake of flexibility and experience of the fleet manager there. Senela faced the same scenario and came back with a proposal without which the deal could have collapsed. She is a fantastic person and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend her.
I am a single woman that went into this dealership and was treated with the utmost respect. The dealership and everyone that I worked with ( especially the GM-Sam Klein), helped me without any pressure and was helpful in explaining everything-step by step so that I felt extremely comfortable in my purchase. We went to OC nissan first because we love Nissan automobiles and we have been past customers. So when it came to customer service, we knew we were in good hands. From the moment we stepped into the showroom, to the moment we drove our new Nissam Rogue off the lot, the service that we recieved was great!! After an accident, my husband & I found ourselves unexpectedly needing a new vehicle. It was the busy holiday season and we were not sure where to start. I was searching online for a specific Altima and they had it in stock and at the best internet price I'd seen. I called Ken on Thursday and had a brand new car by that night! He was very easy to work with and there was no pressure about the sale or any extended warranties. They were super busy that day so I had to wait a while to see the car but Ken stayed after his hours to help me out.
