My wife and I came to OC Irvine, knowing what model (CUBE) we were looking for - but we weren't sure if we were going to go new or used. Our hole experience of buying our new 2011 Nissian Juke was great from the beginning to the end of me driving off in our new car. Team work was awesome! Did'nt know if I would like such a small care after driving a Juagar for so long but not any more.

Looking for a new car is one of the most difficult things. My wife and I knew what we wanted, but had a bad experience at this dealer 6 years ago. However, Johni Stoller (internet sales manager) called us in the morning, responding to our email inquiry. This was our second car purchased from OC Irvine. My GF bought a car from OC Irvine 3 months prior. Perry was our sales guy and he is absolutely AWESOME!. When I wanted a daily car to get me from point A to point B I decided to call Perry again. There is no pressure when you go through him, he will do what he can to help you and is on your side. Perry made what usually is a trying/tiresome experience of buying a car, a great experience. It was a very pleasant time with Perry- he made it seem like we were family and we felt right at home. He was extremely engaging and personable, not your normal car salesman. He made a long transaction a much more entertaining and personable experience. Domingo and Thomas were great to work with. Domingo had to deal with errors in sticker information as a result of somebody stocking the car wrong, but worked hard to ensure that we knew which car we were looking at and to get us comfortable with the information presented to us. Of course, every dealership is in the business to make money and maximize profit.
