Don't waste your time. What looks like a good deal will turn out to be a bait-and-switch. Ask them if they have already added the $800 LoJack system before you go. Maz was very nice however unfortunately he has joined a sham operation.

Going to buy a new car, but found the dealer full of lie, and break promise two times without any answers. Don't go there.

This place is sketchy!! Stay away from this dealership. I inquired about a used 2013 Nissan Murano listed online. I received a call from Craig at Nissan that the car was still available and that I should come in for a test drive, and so I went to the dealership the next day. I met Craig, and he proceeded to take me to the new Nissan Muranos despite knowing that I was there to check out the 2013 model. I'd bring my 2014 Nissan Altima for a routine service , then I noticed they forgot to reset the oil service and forget to replace the air filter,but worse was when they found out on the next visit they charge for air filter again this is anaceptable I will never buy another Nissan again!!!!

One of the worst places I have ever had to deal with. Actually, the sales team was rather friendly and very responsive. However, the business office that prepared the paperwork and especially the title work is just a nightmare. Alison, is the person I've been spoken to in the business office, never returns the phone calls and can't keep track of the promises that she gives. Please potential buyers, do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership.

I went to the dealer to change the oil in my car. The person who I made the appointment with was very rude, did not let me speak. He was screaming and yelling. This is the second time that I made my appointment and was treated badly with me. Later came another person that was the Manager General and also was very rude. I do not wish to go back again.

Do not purchase a car from this dealership if you plan to use their service department. John Spears however was good but everything around him was not. It has been a nightmare for me.

Will not return to this dealer! I was very unpleased with the way both sales and service representatives handle their customers. When I was shopping for a new car I stopped by to look at the different options in the model I wanted, I wasn't ready to buy a car then and told the sales rep I wouldn't be ready for a few more months. He was borderline harassing and down right rude about me not buying a car from him that same day. When he asked for my number I was hesitant to give it but I did anyways. This place is overpriced and the customer is horrible. Here's why I say it's overpriced : Here's how much Brake Fluid Exchange costs at this place $119.95 Pep Boys also does it for $69.99 Cooling System Fluid Exchange at OC Nissan $129.95 PepBoys does it for $59.99 Power Steering Fluid Exchange at OC Nissan $119.95 PepBoys does it for $69.99 Im not a Pepboys employee or anything, I would have put up other prices from other places like Jiffylube but I think this is sufficient evidence that this place is over priced.
