This place is sketchy!! Stay away from this dealership. I inquired about a used 2013 Nissan Murano listed online. I received a call from Craig at Nissan that the car was still available and that I should come in for a test drive, and so I went to the dealership the next day. I met Craig, and he proceeded to take me to the new Nissan Muranos despite knowing that I was there to check out the 2013 model. I'd bring my 2014 Nissan Altima for a routine service , then I noticed they forgot to reset the oil service and forget to replace the air filter,but worse was when they found out on the next visit they charge for air filter again this is anaceptable I will never buy another Nissan again!!!!
One of the worst places I have ever had to deal with. Actually, the sales team was rather friendly and very responsive. However, the business office that prepared the paperwork and especially the title work is just a nightmare. Alison, is the person I've been spoken to in the business office, never returns the phone calls and can't keep track of the promises that she gives. Please potential buyers, do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership.
I went to the dealer to change the oil in my car. The person who I made the appointment with was very rude, did not let me speak. He was screaming and yelling. This is the second time that I made my appointment and was treated badly with me. Later came another person that was the Manager General and also was very rude. I do not wish to go back again.
Do not purchase a car from this dealership if you plan to use their service department. John Spears however was good but everything around him was not. It has been a nightmare for me.
Will not return to this dealer! I was very unpleased with the way both sales and service representatives handle their customers. When I was shopping for a new car I stopped by to look at the different options in the model I wanted, I wasn't ready to buy a car then and told the sales rep I wouldn't be ready for a few more months. Went to OC Nissan Irvine this morning to get my car serviced. A detailer there backed another customer's car into my car. They say my car will be fixed, wont give me the details of what happened exactly nor would they let me talk to the person who wrecked my car. On top of that I asked to speak with a manager and was told there was not a manager working today.First time at this dealership, very disappointed. ..
Sam the GM quoted me a price over the phone and then confirmed it via e-mail. I waited a week, asked for a price on a different car, and couldn't get them, via e-mail, to confirm whether that was the pre-tax or post-tax/out the door cost. When they finally confirmed it was the pre-tax cost, I sent an e-mail saying i felt misled and told them what I'd buy the car for.
