They went out of their way to apply my major expense ( Struts / shocks) vs my extended warranty. Saved me $600++ I also love the $19 oil change card. They also work with me to discount some parts since I have 3 Nissans. Awesome. Service manager is also very customer-focused
I have been to OC nissan before researching Nissan cars for purchase but i had just got frustrated with the amount of time I had to spend until I can get to the point that I came to the dealer ship for. My first time buying a new car, and the people were very friendly and helpful. I compared prices with other Nissan dealerships in the area and the OC Irvine dealership was able to give me the best offer with the most packages included. They even waxed my car for free before letting me drive off the lot in my new Versa!
Over the course of 30 years, my husband and I have purchased more cars than we can count. (In fact, we have owned mostly Nissans with a few Acuras, BMWs and Lexus in the mix.) It was the longest two weeks of my car buying life. My lease was up and I had to find a car. In those two weeks I visited over ten dealerships. Each time the dealer would agree to pricing over the phone, and each time they could not follow through. I was exhausted and it was not a good experience to say the least. It took me 6 months before I made my purchase. What I appreciate most about Ken and Sam, is their professional service with great follow-thru while not pressuring me in any way about the sale. Kudos to OC Nissan for having such a great team that made my new car purchase experience very enjoyable!
I have called many nissan dealers and asked for information on a new Nissan Versa. They all wanted me to visit their dealership first. Then, I called OC nissan, I spoke to Ken Yates. He was a professional car salesman. I got all my questions answerd, and he even worked the numbers to my satidfaction. I went after work sign the documents and drove my new 2010 Versa home. I strogley sugest calling OC Nissan, You will not be disappointed.
The staff at Oc Nissan Irvine was great. Thanks to Sam klein and Andrew Nazarri that made my deal go thru smoothly with no hassle. Thanks to them I now have a fully loaded 2010 Nissan Altima and im a very happy customer. If your looking for a great dealer I highly recommend this dealer.
My experience at this dealership was by far the best I have ever received at any Nissan dealership. I believe that this was primarily due to "Rolls Royce" treatment I recieved from the salesman when I first walked in to the dealer. My interest was in the GT-R in a particular color red which was not available on the floor at the time. However your salesman Ken Yates(Doc) was willing to locate one for me and contact me on it.
