Was a customer for 2 years, made an extra payment by mistake on my lease, and Nissan of Irvine decided to keep it despite Nissan Motor Company telling them to refund it. They even spoke to the manager at Nissan of Irvine, Joel, and asked him to refund me the money, but Joel keeps coming up with new excuses to pass it off as money I owed.

Rahul, when you make a lease payment, you are paying Nissan Motor Acceptance, not Nissan of Irvine. We are not the ones who received the money so we would not be the ones to refund the money, the bank would. We would recommend speaking directly to Nissan Motor Acceptance for any disputes you have with your lease, their number is 1-800-456-6622. "I tried to buy 3 panel work vans, they only had 1 in..." I tried to buy 3 panel work vans, they only had 1 in stock and 1 more coming. I purchased both and was told the 2nd one was different as it didnt have back up sensors. They delivered a van with windows, and refuse to do anything about it. Cant believe this is how they do business

"One hour minimum! I was willing to paiyfor good service!" I asked for a simple oil change with no 15 point check or car wash. They put my car on the lift and drained the oil. Then the mechanic walked away for 45 minutes.. They also did the same thing to the senior lady next to me. Told me the mechanic was busy. NOTE TRUE! Shame on you guys!

"Bait and switch marketing" Unfortunately Irvine Nissan engages in poor business ethics! They advertised a Leaf on the corporate site for $219 per month with $2929 down. I let the salesperson run my credit based on the advertisement and what I was being quoted. As the deal progressed the old sales manager got on the phone with the real payment option and of course a lot more money. "Customer Service lies / Rude Service Staff " Complete waste of time, poor customer service and falsely informs customers- dont waste your time here. I have a nissan and my husband has a mazda. I called on friday to schedule my 75,000 mile maintenance appointment and asked if they could do an oil change for my husbands mazda. "Service Staff Ride & Dismissing / Customer Services Lies" Rude service staff that gives you excuse after excuse, then pawns you off to another staff member, who is already busy with another customer when the first guy is just sitting at his PC. They then can't find your appointment under your name after the first staff member found it without an issue.
