I was in for service on my Murano and just looking at the newer car for fun. I inquired about a price and the sales people were extremely helpful and got me a great deal on a newer car. They got me the payments I could work with and took my trade in without any hassles. I had been going there for service for the past 3 years and the people have always been great. I really had a good experience and would definitely recommend the dealership.
We had a wonderful experience with OC Nissan! My husband and I were looking at Armadas for quite awhile so we knew the vehicle and what we wanted. I cannot stress enough how much I LOVED my experience at OC Nissan Irvine. Charge me for using my charge card without telling me before hand not very professional
Brought my work service vehicle in for service to have the following items performed: 1) Front Brake Pads Replacement and Rotors Resurfaced 2) Brake Fluid System Flush 3) CVT Transmission, Internal Filter and External Filter Replacement and Fluid Flush (Drain/Refill) 4) Oil Filter Replacement and Oil Change Picked up vehicle at end of day and inspected. Leased a 2024 Nissan Ariya with 1 year of free EvGo charging. Was given a EvGo promocode on the day of the sale. A few weeks later it was determined by EvGo, Nissan of Irvine and the National Nissan office that they would not honor the verbal agreement. Went through a State of California DMV mediator. After several weeks of going back in forth via email a $2,000 check was offered. Here's the catch, Fraudulent misrepresentation was conducted on the day of the sale. Was a customer for 2 years, made an extra payment by mistake on my lease, and Nissan of Irvine decided to keep it despite Nissan Motor Company telling them to refund it. They even spoke to the manager at Nissan of Irvine, Joel, and asked him to refund me the money, but Joel keeps coming up with new excuses to pass it off as money I owed.
"I tried to buy 3 panel work vans, they only had 1 in..." I tried to buy 3 panel work vans, they only had 1 in stock and 1 more coming. I purchased both and was told the 2nd one was different as it didnt have back up sensors. They delivered a van with windows, and refuse to do anything about it. Cant believe this is how they do business
"One hour minimum! I was willing to paiyfor good service!" I asked for a simple oil change with no 15 point check or car wash. They put my car on the lift and drained the oil. Then the mechanic walked away for 45 minutes.. They also did the same thing to the senior lady next to me. Told me the mechanic was busy. NOTE TRUE! Shame on you guys!
