My experience at this dealership was by far the best I have ever received at any Nissan dealership. I believe that this was primarily due to "Rolls Royce" treatment I recieved from the salesman when I first walked in to the dealer. My interest was in the GT-R in a particular color red which was not available on the floor at the time. However your salesman Ken Yates(Doc) was willing to locate one for me and contact me on it. I had an incredible experience leasing a 2010 Nissan Murano from OC Nissan. From top to bottom, the staff were honest, detailed oriented with great product knowledge and above and beyond fairness when it came to pricing. I was in for service on my Murano and just looking at the newer car for fun. I inquired about a price and the sales people were extremely helpful and got me a great deal on a newer car. They got me the payments I could work with and took my trade in without any hassles. I had been going there for service for the past 3 years and the people have always been great. I really had a good experience and would definitely recommend the dealership.
We had a wonderful experience with OC Nissan! My husband and I were looking at Armadas for quite awhile so we knew the vehicle and what we wanted. We called about a car we saw online, Sean was very helpful and informative. He told us of a great car they just received and asked if we wanted to come take a look. I cannot stress enough how much I LOVED my experience at OC Nissan Irvine. We always give you the option to use a debit card check or cash. The fee is not a fee we keep it it what our processor charges and is a passthrough. Brought my work service vehicle in for service to have the following items performed: 1) Front Brake Pads Replacement and Rotors Resurfaced 2) Brake Fluid System Flush 3) CVT Transmission, Internal Filter and External Filter Replacement and Fluid Flush (Drain/Refill) 4) Oil Filter Replacement and Oil Change Picked up vehicle at end of day and inspected. Leased a 2024 Nissan Ariya with 1 year of free EvGo charging. Was given a EvGo promocode on the day of the sale. A few weeks later it was determined by EvGo, Nissan of Irvine and the National Nissan office that they would not honor the verbal agreement. Went through a State of California DMV mediator. After several weeks of going back in forth via email a $2,000 check was offered. Here's the catch, Fraudulent misrepresentation was conducted on the day of the sale. Luis, as has been discussed for the last several months, the EVgo promotion run thru Nissan North America did not extend to model year 2024. The $2000 check that was offered by Nissan North America was refused by you and the only thing that needed to be signed was a form saying that you were excepting the check in lieu of the EVgo program. Most consumers do not use charge credits of this amount and based on the driving habits you had described this amount would have exceeded the amount you would have charged. Was a customer for 2 years, made an extra payment by mistake on my lease, and Nissan of Irvine decided to keep it despite Nissan Motor Company telling them to refund it. They even spoke to the manager at Nissan of Irvine, Joel, and asked him to refund me the money, but Joel keeps coming up with new excuses to pass it off as money I owed.

Rahul, when you make a lease payment, you are paying Nissan Motor Acceptance, not Nissan of Irvine. We are not the ones who received the money so we would not be the ones to refund the money, the bank would. We would recommend speaking directly to Nissan Motor Acceptance for any disputes you have with your lease, their number is 1-800-456-6622.
