Never again my stay at the hotel was terrible so much that the staff at the front desk or so threatening that my guests had to call the police and the police had to come I will never stay at this hotel again
Nasty customer service Horrible front desk. Woman has a miserable attitude. With a constant disgusting look on her face.

On arrival one elevator was not working. Called for extra blankets/pillow that never arrived. Room was cold and smelled like cologne. Never got TP when called. TV was disappointing. But was cheap and convenient. Had WiFi and took pets.

My stay at Inlet towers Anchorage, Alaska I didn’t realize if you wanted to pay cash it would cost me a lot more than the lady gave me my key went to the room key didn’t work went back down she did something to my key went back up again key didn’t work put me in another room I was there for three nights and the second night I went to use my key my key didn’t work again anyway I know it’s a older hotel and you had to go to the deck to get your free breakfast card every day I just don’t think I would stay there again the lady ... read more

Very old place the mattress was in really poor shape needed to be replaced years ago. The turndown service was vary poor would not recommend this place to any body I know.
