A Stay in the Tower It took a bit over an hour to get checked in for the Queen Suite that was booked. When management figured that they where not going to get us in the booked room they first tried a down grade room but then changed to upgrade to King Suite. The room was out dated and needed any number of the furniture items removed or changed as the living room area was too full. Walked into a room and an empty pack of cigarettes on table, toilet paper over seat was on floor so toilet was used, ac didn’t work and it was stuffy. Next room- tv was cracked so it didn’t work, brought in aN old huge replacement which wouldn’t work with cable. Asked for a refund and he said it will take a few days.. then I looked at clock and all this chaos took a few hours.. too late to move..

Worst hotel ever - should have checked the Google This place was a dump. They did not have my reservation, the AC did not work the tub did not drain and ended up with 14"of water in it. The room was not clean. It was a resident hotel for the "poor or homeless". People hanging around and using the elevator with us without masks. They did find us a room but overcharged us for what we had booked.

First no heat in the room so they final brought in a portable heating. Then found large cockroaches in the room.

Heaters were turned off.. they did not have a space heater the first night i requested one the next morning said i would have one for sure that night.. all i got were two extra sheets.. bathroom shower sealing looked like it had some kind of mold growing..

Dirty, dated, downhill Phone in room did work, and outlets did not work, so could not charge cell phone. Towel from previous occupant was still hanging in the bathroom. The room was hot, but the air conditioner was so loud it made it hard to sleep with it on. Have stayed here many times before and been happy, but it seems to be getting more and more run down as the years go by.

No thank you Run down, not impressed, drunk obnoxious people down the hall. Old moldy caulking in the shower. Don't think I’ll be back

Great view from the room and the shuttle driver on the 13th acted exactly the way you hope all shuttle drivers act. Greeted the people, informed them on what to expect, was just all around the best employee I saw while there. On the 11th, when I arrived and called for shuttle, they sent me to the wrong place, then the shuttle drove past the next 2 times even though I was exactly where i was told to be, the shuttle has the hotel name on a single piece of paper in the last side window, but the restaurant name in the first.
