The facilities are out of date. The window conditioner is too noisy to be used. The heater does not work. Facing the busy street, cannot open windows for fresh air either. The reception has no patient at all. Less choices on breakfast. Website said “A king suite with sofa bed”, actually just a sofa, not a bed! Another couple booked the airport transportation at 10am, but they received a call at 4AM saying the shuttle is ready for them, then received another call at 8pm again! Terrible experience!

Very poor for the price. We asked for a 10am shuttle to airport. We got called at 4am told them 10am then got another call at 8am. Hotel is old, pillows are crappy , carpet. In room dirty.

Old and Cheap furnishings, feel, and not above a 1 star hotel. Couldn't wait to leave

I was in the room for less than 4 hours and was charged $178. We had an early morning arrival and only needed the room to store luggage and freshen up. It was old and smelled of dog! Totally lost money on this!!!

Hotel needs total renovation especially the rooms and bathrooms. The cleanliness is just not there, the price is attractive but there are motels at the same price much more comfortable than this one

I got the hotel for a friend. He got there and they wanted a 50 deposit. I called to try and pay that. They said can’t over the phone. So my friend was out of a place to stay.

Did not like room- old and spade, restaurant was not very good, not enough lobby, elevators, etc
