We stayed there for my birthday and the staff was not pleasant at all the bath tub drain didnt work our room was freezing for the first hour since they had left the window open i will not stay there again

Pictures are not what the rooms look like. Rundown, old hotel catering to longterm residents. Waited 20 minutes to get the room I booked. Wanted to put me in a substandard room. Checked in 3 other guests who arrived after me while I waited to get checked in after a very long day. Finally relented and checked me in to a suite. A standard room with a living area. Bed was hard and decor was old and dreary.

Too hot its central heat no thermostat and with the window open all night in the negatives outside i got no sleep from being wayyyyy to hot...

Bathtub would'nt drain, tv was from the 90s, and you couldn't even walk around the end of the bed, because the dresser was angled so bad, that the drawers would'nt stay shut. Huge cracks in the walls. No fan in bathroom (pretty sure thsts not even up to code). Third of the ice machines were broke. This would'nt even be worth renting by the hour if the hooker was free!
Nice thing about this place was near by city. But amenities and services was very disappointed.

Alaska is the fostercare capital of the USA!!! Allowed to check in early. Employees wasnt nosy or intrucive. We were allowed to play music and party like the legends we are!!! We Lit!! ® Sir Money productions™ JUSTICE FOR ALASKAN KIDS! LOCAL CHILD SERVICES HAS GONE ROGUE! THEY ARE VIOLATING RIGHTS OF BOTH CHILDREN AND FAMILIES MAKING THRM ALL VICTIMS OF THE STATE AND THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES. WE NEED A FED. INVESTIGATION INTO DHSS AND OCS REFORMED IN 2020!!!!

A lot of highly intoxicated belligerence making it unpleasant, unkept walking paths through ice and snow, and was kept awake all night by loud patrons who apparently don’t sleep.
