The hotel has nice, large rooms and some of them have a view of the ocean! They are not very modern and everything is pretty old. The hair dryer in the room did not work and the bathtubs in king rooms are difficult to get in and out of.

The hotel has nice, large rooms and some of them have a view of the ocean! The rooms are not very modern and the bathtub was very hard to get in and out of. The hair dryer did not work and the room did not smell good at all. The staff was very difficult to deal with (except for Jeff, he was awesome!) I needed to get my booking dates changed and I tried to call several weeks in advanced but I was told by a front desk woman that she did not know how to do it so she wouldn’t help me. The Bed and the bedding were old. The pillows were old and flat. When I asked for pillows I was told they didn’t have any. There is no way to control the temperature. After a terrible night, at 5:00 AM an employee was emptying the ice machine making a terribly loud noise. No way would I recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!

Used the hotel shuttle from airport. The worst shuttle I've ever used. Unhealthy appearance and in reeked of bad sme;;s.Dirty Blankets used to cover sheets. The smells stayed with us through getting in our room.

It is an old Apartment building converted and the air conditioning barely works and won’t cool the whole room, they remove the control knob too. The beds are really awful and I am not sure it is an actual mattress. You get a certificate for breakfast but it takes over 20 minutes for anyone to acknowledge you. Customer service as a whole is lacking.

Bedroom and bathroom were very small. You could hardly walk from one side of the room to the other with the dresser allowing little room to move. Mattresses were in terrible shape.

No staff to setup extra bed. Old property with very basic amenities. Free breakfast is a bit deceiving too. It offers coupons for one item at the store
