Old, saggy beds, carpeting very dirty, tiny bathroom. My vehicle was intentionally blocked in by a large snow berm...the only vehicle of about 40 cars. When called about the intentionally placed snow berm; the front desk sent a very sketchy looking person out with an orange vest on.

Horrible We use to stay her all the time. But the last two time have been horrible! Service sucks. The rooms we have gotten have been awful! This was the last chance.

Not a good stay. 15 minutes to check in, even though we were the only customers in the room. Then saw FBI were actually going through the place... Rooms were run down: mattresses were sunken in, bathroom was beat up (bath surround cracked and beat in, toilet had deep scratches, flooring was stained and paint coming off, no fan). There’s no soundproofing at all so we got to hear the neighbors arguing and hitting the wall. To top off our stay we heard maintenance running drills at 0800 to repair something next door.

The night staff was very friendly. The morning desk lady was super rude every time we spoke with her. The TV didn’t work and there was hair in the bed when we turned down to go to sleep and the sheets had holes in them. The coffee pot was broken so when you tried to pour the coffee it spilled everywhere. The halls and room smelt horribly Of cigarette smoke. We live in a state when smoking is not allowed in building and I have horrible respiratory issues so I had a hard time breathing. Thy gave us only 2 breakfast cards but w... read more
