Disgusting It was disgusting. Not at all as advertised. The room was slanted so none of the dresser drawers would stay closed which made navigating the room next to impossible. The bathroom floor was STICKY like you could hear your shoes lifting off of the ground. The beds were just gross stained sheets itchy fabric. We didn’t even end up staying through the night we literally cut our trip early and drove back to Fairbanks at 10pm.

This hotel was an uncomfortable experience. Good check-in experience, but the room was unclean and unsafe (A/C unit had exposed wires and the window in our 14th floor room opened about 1.5 feet wide with no protective covering), and check-out took a very long time. The free breakfast was not great quality either, but the breakfast burrito was tasty and the cafe attendant was nice.

Dirty Hotel Terrible customer service. I had to change room due to bad smell and dirty beds and amenities. Not recommend for anyone.

This property is NOT what it used to be. From two filthy, hair-filled beds (IN A PANDEMIC) to incredibly rude daytime staff who seemed exasperated at my requests for a clean room (!) to overbooking... This property is currently an insult to what Inlet Tower once was. DO NOT STAY HERE. If you value your time and money, there are great budget options in Anchorage that don't forget to attach the toilet seat(yes that is real), and clean their rooms.

ever again Front desk was rude. Workers were talking bad about guests already checked in and complaining about room. No place to park for hotel guest if there is a party going on at hotel
