Get directionsGood restaurant. terrible hotel. this hotel preferred to treat you like you were that Uncle that came into town unexpectedly and they didn't really want to put up. anytime you need something the service is horrible the staff treats you like you're a burden I felt bad asking for things that I spent my money on. they're way better hotels in the area that you can stay at for roughly the same price and inlet towers is not one of them the restaurants really good. I stayed here twice before I left a review so I could make sure tha... read more
The staff at the PubHouse was delightful, food was amazing. The front desk staff was very polite as well, the coffee desk gals I think may have been having a bad day... We stay there often when we have the dogs since they allow pets, but I don't think we will be staying there again. The room we were in had black mold, leaking ceiling with bubbled paint waiting for the water to break through.... I get that it's an older building, but they could update and clean better. Then there was the drunk yelling and screaming, banging o... read more
Not the Spot for Passing Through Made a 1 night reservation for an employee traveling through Anchorage on the way to Dutch Harbor. Requested late check-in, as he was landing at Ted Stevens around midnight and had to catch a 7am flight out of Merrill Field. Ultimately, he just wanted to take a nap after traveling all day. He called for shuttle upon gathering luggage and waited almost an hour. He called back to learn he had been forgotten, was promised they were on the way. Waitied another 45 minutes and still nothing. A thir... read more
First and last visit During check in the clerk was rude in speech and manner. The shuttle driver was very helpful with our luggage and helping my handicap spouse. The continental breakfast was not free and 10 dollars each and it was not worth it (instant oatmeal microwave). When entering the room, we noticed a big depression in the mattress. There was a metal frame that dug into your back side. Sleeping on it was sleeping on saggy box springs. The room door was very loose and could not secure it very well. If someone had pus... read more
Room smelled like Tobacco smoke, light bulbs missing, light switches in strange places. The overall hotel had a stale musty smell. Won’t stay here again.
The location of the hotel was great-it was right near a market & all the downtown anchorage area. However, the hotel itself wasn’t so great. First off, everything is outdated-the bed felt like I was laying down on just mattress springs. The door to our hotel room wouldn’t close all the way, so a lot of the light from the hallway got into the room. Luckily everything in there, such as fridge and microwave worked so I couldn’t complain much there. However, every single night we stayed there (4 nights) someone was screaming in ... read more
I've stayed here before and not had as bad a time as I did rhis time. There was a whole in the tub surround one the built in soap holder. There was dried blood on the bathroom door. There was a spider the size of a silver dollar, meaning it eats very well there. And the heater was broken, the front end of the containment unit was broken and falling off and it didn't matter whoch way I turned the knob it never got any warmer. All in all this is one of the less savory hotel stays I've ever had. When I went and talked to the fr... read more
The wifi basically didn't function and the hotel was pretty dubious.
