Light switch wasn’t working, hair dryer not working. Bad smell, dog urine smell, and full of dust.

It’s just an OLD hotel that has a lot of worn out issues. Our room was Right Next to the elevators which we had to listen to ALL NIGHT LONG making it very difficult to sleep and they wouldn’t move us.
I don't believe the rooms were cleaned. The beds were dirty with fresh stains on one and the other bed had hair all over it. House keeping never changed the bedding, for it to bed so dirty. Especially, if you can still see the wrinkle side of were somebody was sleeping from the night before.
No curtain or shades on window to block out light. Air conditioner did not work. Shower did not work
I liked the view I liked being able to walk downtown. I liked the pillows and bed was comfortable. I did not like the musty smell, mold around the tub and unclean floors and baseboards.
The hotel is filthy from from the 1st to the 10 th floor. This is where I stayed. Carpets are filthy in the hallways and the rooms., lights are broken, rooms are filthy, bed linen looked dirty and stained, the windows were filthy, so much for the view. The surfaces that we were suppose to put our personal items were sticky and filthy. Oh, the bathroom and toilet looked like they had been wiped down but surely they were not sanitized. The breakfast that was included was better than expected and you get several options to choose from. I also like the coffee shop inside. However, the hotel was beyond filthy. Even in the common areas it appeared as though the floor had not been vacuumed in ages. The room had a nasty smell and the bed was very uncomfortable. I normally like to sleep in when I stay at hotels and we ended up checking out early because our backs hurt so much from the old bed.
Pay a little more and go somewhere else. I definitely wouldn't stay here again. Sure it was a good price, but the room was not particularly clean, it was very outdated, and the service was poor. When we checked in, we were told that they were out of breakfast vouchers, so to come back in the morning and request one. When I did that, the receptionist only told me their system only showed that we were to get two breakfast vouchers, although my email very clearly showed that we had a reservation for three individuals in both ro... read more
