You get what you pay for Refrigerator made a high pitch noise the entire time I was there. The coffee maker literally fell apart in my hands. And I was unable to turn the tv on.. finally just went to sleep.... with earplugs

Took over an hour for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport, I called several times but the lady at the front desk kept saying it was on the way. No apology was given. The bathroom had no vent, so it wasn’t a surprise that there was mold in there. The bed was about the most uncomfortable thing I’ve slept in. The hotel is in need of serious repairs, broken mirrors, shower heads coming off the wall, and broken beds.

I do not understand how this place is legally open. As soon as you walk in, you will immediately notice that this place reeks. When I got to my room, the bedsheets were covered in stains as if the staff just made the bed without changing the sheets to new ones. I went downstairs and complained about the issue and I was assigned a different room. Unfortunately I had the same issue. Bugs found on the wall, sheets were stained and smell used. Very dissatisfied I have never written a review for anything before, but I thought people ought to know what they were getting before they stayed here. The shuttle drivers and front desk help were excellent! However the room was a dump. The bathroom floors were sticky. The view was great, however the windows were filthy. Overall the room was run down. There was a hole in the wall like someone had punched it. The carpet was worn to the point of fraying and coming off the floor. Had an old tv from the 90’s. And the tub/jacuzzi was crappy

Not impressed The best thing about the hotel was the restaurant. The hotel was not clean, one of the rooms had a bad odor, the refrigerator leaked all over the floor, the water never got hot for showers, i tried to use the computer to print boarding passes and it didn't work. I asked the front desk and their response was "well it was working ", I asked for someone to help and they said that they would call. I waited and no one showed up.

The room was not the same one I reserved: I reserved 2 queen bed roon but they have me one king bed room. The room was next to the elevator and I heard elevator movement all the time in my room. The toilet was leaking and bathtub edges were cracking. A new towel came with pubic hairs, so gross.
