INOVA Federal is a great Credit Union. Every single customer representative was awesome, helpful, and courteous helping me opening my accounts. Special THA NKS and GRATITUDES should go to Mr. Jay Montague who is a great customer team leader, helped me to have a smooth opening of my Sield Checking Account.
