I had a terrific experience with Kyler and the team at INOVA. First class attention and service the entire way through the process of setting up a couple of certificates. Wonderful attention to detail and in a very timely fashion.
Joan was patient and navigated a direct deposit issue from my pension. She was thoughtful , took notes and provided suggestions of support paired with checking internally through the bank. Additionally, she asked if I had a financial planner ( which I do) . I appreciated she did not push further to consider INOVA financial planner. She also checked if I had reward $ - which I did! Such a nice surprise!
