The entire transaction was smooth and easy from application to funding. It was done quickly and I was able to drive my new car home the same day. Eric was very courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend him and Inova for your next car loan.

Joan was patient and navigated a direct deposit issue from my pension. She was thoughtful , took notes and provided suggestions of support paired with checking internally through the bank. Additionally, she asked if I had a financial planner ( which I do) . I appreciated she did not push further to consider INOVA financial planner. She also checked if I had reward $ - which I did! Such a nice surprise!
