The day of the installation, the windows were installed quickly and neatly. They look great!
they know what they are doing
siding was done in a professional manner however was not pleased in the lenght of time it took for instiallion I was told it would be completed my the end of April 2009 it was not installed until the sencond week in june. As far as the guttering and downspoots the workers left nails and old brackets laying around and the roof of my sun enclosure was littered with nails and old brackets. the siding crew did a great job in installing and clean up
Staff was extremely professional. We liked this contractor because the windows were made right here in the U.S.A. and because they had been around for 50 years or so.
I found them to be respectful, helpful and basically a very nice company to work with on replacing my windows.
Windows installation was good. contractors removed window blinds and lost parts that required buying new blinds. wife asked contractors to install blinds, contractors said they will but blinds were never installed. I went to install the blinds 2 days later only to find parts missing. Window glass clean but white trim very dirty giving the finished product the look of "1 coat of white paint over light vinal". Overall I would not recommend this company due to poor installation finish work.
It was a ok experience
I liked the services of Install America. The representative came to our house, brought samples & showed us examples. They offered many different financing options & gave us an excellent deal to have all 10 windows replaced in the house. Currently we are awaiting the arrival of the windows as we just signed with them tonight.
