This company managed our property until we sold it. They owe us $1000 and I don’t think we’ll ever get it. DO NOT USE THEM AS PROPERTY MANAGERS OR RENT FTOM THEM.

Do not book here! WARNING! Do not! I have had the worst experience and told I would receive a refund and still have not. Booked a home. They would not communicate via email or phone to take the final payment. Several emails sent. Not one response. Call them finally get through was told I would receive a refund for the deposit… no refund 7 business days later as promised.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! Upon arrival at my rental the lock box code I received did not work. I called the office at least 10 times before getting a response and that was “oh, we have been trying to get a locksmith out there since 11am” and we were there are 4:00pm. They never called to inform us of this issues. Then after an hour in the driveway with two small children and perishable groceries, a locksmith arrived and opened the house to find it not cleaned from the previous tenants. Our town home was disgusting!!! Dirty and had bed bugs. Now they won’t refund our money! Terrible customer service

came to the house and our pool is GREEN! for a company that claims they clean their pools weekly that is a lie! Can't get a hold.of anyone worth a damn and property manager is a useless POS. doesn't help and doesn't know what to do. also lucky if anyone answers the phone

We booked a 5 bedroom 4 bathroom house for our stay in Florida. 24 hours before we arrived we were sent the information for a 4 bedroom 3 bath home, we called IPG to tell them they had given us the wrong home and they said there was nothing they could do and they would forward it to upper management, 5 days into our stay they tell us they have a home for us as big as originally requested so we packed all of our belongings and drove 40 minutes to the new house only to be greeted by a guest already staying in that home. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!! We rented with them through VRBO and ended up needing a bigger home. Messaged them, they would never respond, so we requested cancellation and full refund within 2 days of booking. They WOULD NOT approve cancellation or even speak to us. VRBO tried contacting them, several times, still no response. I ended up having to dispute the deposit fee with my card company/bank to get my money back. BUYER BEWARE!!! Property was nice, but the customer service received was none existent!! We got to Windsor Hills around 10 PM only to discover that we were not registered and could not get into the gate. After contacting the after hours number on the listing, we were connected with a rep that was rude and inconsiderate! We were told that it was basically Air BnB’s fault and we were on our own. DO NOT BOOK! Horrible. Fair warning people!!! My brother and his wife/friends booked with this horrible place and they canceled on the DAY OF them getting into Florida. Sent them into a horrible Airbnb with no air conditioning. Cockroaches, spiders, bugs everywhere. No money back. How they can even be in business is beyond me.
