I don’t even know where to start. First off if you have to call the office and speak to the women who answers the phone, I’m sorry. She is one of the rudest customer service people I have ever spoken to. If you don’t like your job.. find a new one. I’m not one to write reviews, but our experience was so horrible I feel the need to warn others. We arrived at our reservation and couldn’t get in with the details sent on the pervious day. I called and after a while they realized the owners had cancelled their management contract effective immediately. They sent us details for another home and when I asked, they said it was compatible. I booked a 7bedroom to arrive on Friday the water was turned off had a VERY HARD time contacting the proper manager who didn’t respond until Saturday morning non apologetic with only to downsize me to a 4 bedroom no refund no response from management team DONT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY I also had to call them to get the information to get in the property as to it should’ve been emailed to me upon reservations unprofessional and charging for property that’s consider a state of emergency which is against the law and a breach of ... read more

There were too many things wrong with this unit for me to even give a single star. The check in instructions went to my Spam folder so I was not even aware of what I needed until I arrived at the property and found out that we could not get through the gate. It took several hours of trying to get ahold of someone at the emergency line who then was able to get me through the gate and into my unit. This is where things went down Hill. WARNING: We booked a property in Bonita Springs thru IPG Florida vacation homes via Trip Advisor over a year in advance and IPG lost the booking. I would not recommend ipg Florida to anybody probably the worst rental company I have dealt. Please stay away from this company!!!

Whoever is running the property management side of things, has a thousand percent missed the mark. We will never book a stay with them again. Darren & Kelly was the signature in the email we received, regarding our recent stay. Unprofessional, non empathetic, and rude! No accommodations have been offered and we have not been contacted as we were told we would.

very poor customer service. not responsive. it has been almost two weeks since I canceled my reservation made via booking.com and yet ipg still hasn't credited my card for the $4000 they billed. have phoned them twice. They sent me a receipt today for the cancellation, but did not credit my account. I still have a $4k charge on my cc. do yourself a favor and stay away from doing business with these folks. have had to dispute the charge.
