Trying to get my refund back for weeks now excuse after excuse shady company.

Trying to cancel my October booking for over a week now zero respons on calls or emails shady company !!
We had a vacation home rental for an upcoming trip in September. We had to cancel due to the pandemic. For 3 weeks they would not respond to calls or emails and only responded to me after I threatened to call the BBB on them. They agreed to give me a refund which was going to take between 5-14 days to process and a month later I have received no refund and they will not return my emails again! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I rented a property from you and you had to cancel. My original rental was April 28th when you took a rental that was not legal. You then changed it to May 1st and then proceeded to cancel, as the vacation ban was extended. I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED MY MONEY.
We have a home booked for the first week in June near Orlando. Due to the current pandemic we decided that we are going to cancel our trip. I have been trying to reach this company since April 6th. I have tried both emails and phone calls and have not received any response. In the reservation confirmation email that they sent it said that we had to be paid in full by April 30th yet they charged my credit card in March. Came back to the rental one evening to find the power had been cut because ipg didn’t pay the power bill. Got moved out of our house and into an ant infested one. Said they would compensate us for lost time and other costs but now they won’t call us back.
Beware of a property we've rented where a beautiful home is dirty and not well maintained and IPG refuses to be responsive to fix 2 nontrivial issues lingering over 3 weeks. Dishwasher leaks major league during every use and we need to put a towel down and wring it out. Hopefully won't cause mold. 4 of 5 lights do not work in the now dark kitchen, not a bulb problem it's electrical and hopefully will not cause a short. This is our 3rd year renting from Ipg our previous 2 years the only complaints we had was that we couldn't stay longer. The houses were beautiful the property was great it was just amazing. This year the property we rented was absolutely awful from he dead lizards on the patio, the foil paper on the stove, to the wasps stinging us, door knobs falling off, light switches that don't work.
