Trying to get our refund now for months. No communication from ipg. Very very poor.

My overall experience with the particular home I was in was a 6. The area was quiet, the house was clean but needs a lot of upgrades the pool needs to be upholstered they only had two tv and they were small. There was an ant colony around the house which caused a lot of ants in the home. The WiFi didn’t work at all which caused my kids not to be able to do online school. Overall Florida was nice but I would like a more update property if I stay again.

Slow response time or nonexistent Put a deposit down for home and months later, the owner takes their listing down . I call IPG and they tell me to send them dates and times...even though I paid and was apparently scheduled. I’m disappointed and angry and want my money back !!!!😡
