scam scam scam advertising homes they dont have will double book you then put u in some low grade home just to take your money wouldn't recommend this company to No one!!!!!

We booked a 8 bedroom house, Monday before check in they said the house was sold and they would give us another house. We got to the gate to check in and we were not on the list as guest, we were finally let in and was told we could stay the night but we had to leave before 10am. We are here in the Kissimmee office, we got here at 10 and management has not spoken with us yet!! You have our money

Thermostat was locked up so we couldn’t adjust the temp. It was warm in the house. WiFi didn’t work. Nobody called us back when I asked for help. We took 5 large spiders out of the bottom of pool. Outdated house. Wouldn’t book again with these folks

This company is super shady. They cancelled on us then relisted the same dates for twice the price. I hoped it was just a rare type situation, but these reviews are terrible. I see this is a standard practice.

BAIT AND SWITCH!! We rented a condo, when we got there, they had changed it to a completely different condo building and everything! Was smaller, disgustingly dirty, and apparently they switched it on purpose! Never bothered to tell us. There was even a $500 difference in the rental properties, which they wanted to say they would give to me as a “discount” because of the change!! I am still waiting for someone to call me back, as I have received no refund of any type, let alone something to rectify what they did! Blood on ... read more

horrendous customer service and I'm no longer convinced that this is a legitimate company! I had no contact from this company after they bought the company I had booked with and when I did contact them I received no reply. I have since sent maybe a dozen emails and I'm no closer to getting my deposit refunded. I would strongly advise against booking with this company, going by the other reviews on here, your holiday could turn into a nightmare!! I am now considering legal action to get my money back

I stayed in one of their Kissimmee location and wow the was it a major let down. Arrive Friday at 5 notice right away the AC isnt working. Calles and the lady was beyond rude that answered. They couldn’t give us a time when someone would arrive. We had reservations for dinner we had to miss because they didn’t show up until 10 PM. We missed out on a whole evening of our vacation.
