We rented through Airbnb with IPG Florida Vaction Homes on 5/2/2020 for our vacation on 4/30/21-5/8/21. We have been trying to work with IPG Florida Vacation Homes and Airbnb but we are getting nowhere. At the end of our trip, with only 2 more nights left, we finally received contact from them. They offered to reimburse 4 nights of our stand for a total of $587, which equals only 33% of our total stay in the house, which is unacceptable as you will be able to tell from the photos and our experience in the home as share below... read more

Friends have spent money and the room was not available they had to down grade their stay. AND no one will call back to assist or offer a refund for this company's screw up

They changed properties after a year's notice. Forty-five minutes before arrival of family was notified that property was not available and sent to a less comfortable and less accommodating property. Kids were looking forward to the Disney rooms. Disappointing to kids and family. Two thousand dollars was paid in advance for accommodations that did not receive. Only a partial refund was made after a 18hour drive. Eighteen hour drive from Iowa and 45 minutes before arrival this was done. This is a rip off.

SCAMMERS!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Our villa company sold to IPG and didn't notify us. We then found out our villa had also exchanged hands through our own investigation. I repeatedly asked for proof they still managed said villa.. which never materialised! The company have since cancelled and retained our money as they say we booked with Citrus Grove so our issue is with them. Truly terrible customer service and if you manage to get through on the phones they hang up, if they reply via email they blame covid.. with no resol... read more
