Housekeeping does bare minimum, stayed in the same room 7 days apart from each visit. Dust still covered the ice bucket in the bathroom, the suite furniture; the lightbulb was still burned out in the bathroom a week later, and the front desk rude & unhelpful ☹

Great stay Everything about the hotel was great. Lots of construction in the area over the bridge however.

The hotel itself is beautiful & very nice to stay at. The casino is a very good way to lose all your money! We've been there twice. Couldn't win on any machine. Very few bonuses.

The bed was very comfortable, the view was great, and enjoyed the walking path along the river. Late at night people were very loud in the hallways.

The shower backed up while using it, very very slow drain
