The check in was very chaotic, the rooms are average, no free breakfast and the beds are extremely lumpy. Not worth the price.

Nice location clean big rooms just a note if you get here early and your room is ready they will charge you 10 dollars if you want to check in by 3 kind of cheeky

Great room, better check in for parties Took the kids for their birthday, booked 3 rooms. Check in was ugh! Do not put anyone else’s name on the booking because that person will have to check in themselves, and not just you. We had people coming in late that wouldn’t be able to check in themselves, and the host gave me hell about it, even after I showed her it was my name on the reservation for all rooms. I called to see if I could check in early and was told that shouldn’t be a problem. Not only were there numerous available but she told me to take pick which floor then charged me for early check in-it was less than an hour by the way and charged me for more expensive room without my knowledge. The room is filthy, and freezing cold.

Great rooms. Terrible Service. Service sucks. Manager is the most rude person I’ve met in the industry while traveling and the other people at the desk aren’t the most pleasant either. One of the lady’s was nice but that’s it. Wifi sucks as well if you’re looking to do business online, hard pass this spot. They just want you there for drinks and gambling. Room was clean but if you’re not looking to gamble then I’d pass

Unfortunately not a great place to stay. They had one person at the front-desk during a check-in rush. I made my way to the self-service kiosk, which was fine, but did a poor job of telling me where to go to find the room (I of course went to the wrong tower at first). Maid service was completely non-existent, I had to call just for fresh towels during my 3-night stay. It's a casino, so lots of areas reek of cigarettes, despite being in a non-smoking room.
