Did not like resort fees. We already paid for the room so resort fees were extra

People running through the halls several times during the night running and banging on doors. This happened 3x after 11 p.m.

Room was over hotel trash area, with trash pickup at 4:30 am for 20 minutes at a time

There were excessive train noise outside our window day and night.

ROACHES!! We had a German cockroach in our room. Then they seemed unconcerned. We had to ask to switch rooms and then were downgraded from queen size beds to full size beds. We also weren’t able to get our money back.

Dirty and Rude The front desk woman was rude and condescending when we had questions. Our bathtub had streaks of some kind of brown substance on the floor of the tub. Our hand towel had something that appeared to be makeup on it when we got in the room. Gross and unprofessional !
