I will never use Expedia again

This was booked thru Expedia. It was paid in full online before arrival. The front desk hostess was completely RUDE. She charged our credit card again for 100.00 and said it would be returned in 3-5 days and it was in the FINE PRINT. I will also file complaint with EXPEDIA. DON'T STAY HERE. There is also no complementary breakfast.

Poor signage No literature in the rooms Had no information where or what restaurants available Two bedroom with 1 cup of coffee per room

Not happy we weren't informed it was a smoking casino and hotel. I would have asked for a non smoking room had we known. Was not listed on your website.

Not what it used to be! We used to love to stay here. Now it isn't as clean as it once was, there's no service and one towel pr person for our entire stay. The tissue box had one tissue and one roll of toilet paper. The casino has no entertainment and we found ourselves going to other casinos close by. But what got me the most was we arrived at 2:40 and tried to check in. Our room was ready, but because it was before 3:00, they wanted to charge us a $10 fee for early check in. Front desk asked for my temporary drivers license even though my license was not expired yet but about to be. I though that was unnecessary.

The property was fine. My problem was with Expedia. Expedia confirmed a reservation at a hotel that was completely booked. The hotel did not have my reservation when I arrived. I spent over an hour working with Expedia trying to get me a room the Isle. The end result was they had no rooms to give. Expedia took so long to get back to me that we went to another hotel and booked a room without Expedia. Expedia needs to make it easier to talk to a live person.
