Check in easy, buffet for $25 each was terrible as the food had no flavor, casino very slow service for drinks about 90 mins before we saw a waitress for drinks, Keller’s food place closed before the time on the sign so I didn’t get a chance to eat, front desk notified and they say call dominos, found a blood stain on pillow

Excellent !! The entire area was spotless-inside as well as outside (except for the snow). Our room was wonderful. We were disappointed that most of the restaurants inside the hotel were closed due to the weather. Everyone was very friendly. I really appreciated the FREE parking ramp, and that I didn't have to come out after a three day stay with 10" of snow on my car!

The rooms were very nice and cacino was beautiful. Upon checking in I was supposed to receive a discount for the pool tournament at the river center. The Isle staff said I had to contact Expedia. Expedia said they have been trying to contact the Isle for 2 days to refund my discount. To date I have not been refunded and have not heard from Expedia or the Isle again.

This is a really nice property located a little off the beaten path. For a week night stay the rate was fantastic given it is a casino hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Casino floor was very nice.
