The Customer Service assistance was… The Customer Service assistance was exemplary. I am a technically challenged 73 year old. I’ve had more than my share dealing with the worst in Customer service. I say this to say. For the past 2 weeks my Customer service agent Josh has went above & beyond efficiency, professionalism & effective assistance to me.
