Excellent experience at itrust. My account manager Jared Feldman has went above and beyond for me in several situations where it didn’t require him to be extra, and spent all hours of the evening working out kinks to the problems i incurred during my Ira to Ira transfer process. It was brutal and what he did saved my ass in several situations. Customer service is top notch here and it also helps that he’s super quick to respond to my emails. 5 stars all day

I'm so glad I found iTrust Capital! They allow you to trade crypto currencies with your retirement money and better yet they offer ROTH IRAs so you can grow your acct TAX Free. The UI (user interface) is so simple to use for buying gold silver or crypto! I would have given them 5 stars if they had some more choices of cypto currencies (they only offer about 8 to 10 for now, I hope they add more). The customer service guy Jared was real helpful!
Way To Go I-Trust Capital! Easiest exchange to use for the non-nerd technical person.
To begin, iTrust has some work to do to deliver the crypto exchange experience most of us are used too. For example, you can only place market order...they claim limits and stop losses are incoming later this year (2021). BUT there customer service is on top of all of your request and questions. The platform is the best of its kind (crypto retirement) and they offer gold and silver on the same dashboard.
