The only complaint if you will is that you do not offer ACH transfers to accounts for funding. Otherwise, no complaints!
I have great service from iTrust and had fast Trading service. To this day they had answer all questions that have come up with no problems.
The order interface should be able to deal in exact token amounts for purchase..example 0.1 BTC.
When I got my IRA from a job I left I initially rolled it over to another IRA that was managed. Btw I’m not a big fan of stocks unless there’s a big buying opportunity when the market crashes. When I found out about this platform and the fact that it is self directed, it was a win win situation for me. I love crypto and was already investing in it and to have control of my own money was a hit for me.
