Romeo was personable and helpful I got a call from Romeo with iTrust Capital about a form that I had signed electronically. The form actually needed a “wet” signature, which I hadn’t understood to mean, I needed to sign it with a pen in my own hand. The personal attention that Romeo gave me was very refreshing and appreciated.

I opened a new account and had… I opened a new account and had technical problems funding it. Francisco took time to figure out the issue, was very patient and walked me through the process. He followed up the next day to make sure everything worked out. He was excellent. The only recommendation I would have is that you make funding an account using an iPhone easier, I know two other people that had similar experiences. In fact I gave one Francisco’s name.
