iTrust has been very helpful in transitoning part of my traditional 401k funds to their service and it has gone well. It has been a big plus moving so far as I am up approxmately 25% since entering in just over 3 months ago, although it has not been without serious ups and downs I see nothing but upside in the end. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is iTrust is touted as the lowest cost provider but it depends on if you are an active or inactive investor. Great customer service. Easy interface to navigate at trade. The only negative is the high trading costs.

iTrustCapital has excellent customer service. They need to have real time trading data just like Coinbase or any other exchange showing the exact real time price valuations so we can trade more accurately. I have Coinbase open while buying/selling on iTrust to ensure the price hasn't changed drastically and so I can see graphs of the price history.
Very responsive and I found the IRA transfer process to be quick and easy. Highly recommend iTrust Capital.
Great selection of crypto's, ability to invest in Gold and Silver as well, easy to set up, good service, and much lower fees than other providers. I was very satisfied with the process!

I’m very new to crypto, but what I’ve read and heard makes me very optimistic about the future. I am happy with the service and like that I was able to roll over a portion of my retirement tax free. I also appreciate the ability to invest in physical gold later. Customer service was excellent. They were very helpful and made what I thought was going to be a long and difficult process smooth and easy.
