Costumer Service I’ve been working with Shawn Kay over the past few weeks to navigate transferring funds from my itrust account to another account because the TSP sent the funds to the wrong institution. Shawn has been very responsive and extremely helpful throughout the process. I was initially going to transfer all the funds out but decided to invest more with itrust because of his costumer service.
So far so good!  I just made a call regarding the set up of my account and some login issues I was having. It turned out the login issues were user error… to my embarrassment. The person on the other end at iTrust was extremely helpful and quick with answers. No complaints other than I need to fix me!
Great Customer Service Bryce was exceptional personable and even more importantly, helpful. He had all the answers to my questions, which gave me clarity very quickly. Do recommend!
