I received the most outstanding service and support from iTrust representatives and the account setup and conversion was simple and painless. Now, so happy that they have waived the monthly service fees!
So far I have been satisfied with I trust capital. However I saw an article that I trust will not be charging the 29.95 fee any longer. I review my current statement for Nov and was charged. I also see that you cannot get I trust in New York and I hope in future I will not be able to use I trust
The overall process was great opening an account. If iTrustCapital offered limit orders for cryptos I would have rated as 5 Stars…
Transferred my IRA to set it up. Had a question they called me. Wired more money to add funds. Now can buy and sell crypto without wondering about the tax man. Just followed the directions and it was easy.
It took a bit of time to transfer an existing Roth IRA to iTrustCapital, however it is amazing to be able to trade crypto with low fees (1%), fast trade fills, in a tax advantaged account. Especially with the removal of the monthly fee, it's a no brainer for everyone's investment strategy. Wish I had opened an account with them sooner.

I was very new to Crypto last year, but knew I wanted to invest. I did a lot of research and was ready to jump in. I called TD Ameritrade where I had my IRA accounts and said okay I’m ready to invest in Crypto - the line was silent. Transferred portion of traditional IRA from a non-bit IRA, converted not long ago to ROTH, up about 20% since. Will transfer more next year. Website is excellent, nothing fancy, speed of transactions is outstanding (in seconds). Fees are acceptable, they even removed the monthly service fee of 29.95 (outstanding move).
