Great Experience I set up ROTH IRA about a week ago and was amazed on how easy it was. Trent the Representative who has been assisting Me has been amazing. He answered all of my questions and has been super helpful. I am currently referring Friends and Family to ItrustCapital.

changing account information While it was a bit frustrating not to be able to change my e-mail address in my account settings, the procedure was relatively fast after an appointment for a video security check was made. I was contacted by Stacy Liu, who was very professional, polite, and followed up the process alerting me that the changes had been approved. The extra time is worth the security, and I didn't have to play phone tag for a week with an automated bot customer service department.
