Prompt and pleasant customer service! Jessica responded promptly to my initial request, and my issue was solved within a couple of days even though it was Easter weekend. She was friendly and helpful as I ended up having a few more questions as we made progress.

New Client Transfer Experience Lindsey helped me to navigate the website and set up my accounts with iTrust. The site is extremly user friendly, detailed and gives explicit instructions in all areas. I have multiple IRA's with other firms that I wished to make partial transfers from. It was all too confusing.
