Extremely simple to get account setup! AMAZING Customer Service — I had a HUMAN (same person throughout process too- Rochelle, who was super responsive btw!!!) customer service rep that followed up and communicated with directly!! I have multiple online crypto exchange accounts and this online account access is very easy to use, you make your own trades and iTrust has a great choice of crypto assets to invest in!! I’d highly recommend for anyone opening an IRA/Roth IRA
iTrustCapital has been professional, transparent, and responsive during the process of converting to a self directed IRA. Their website is intuitive and easy to use. I was initially apprehensive about this transition. iTrustCapital made the experience easy to navigate and their employees have been professional and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend them as a custodian for your IRA.
Everthing is great. The only deficiency is the lack of an interest earning money market account. So if I have money in cash, its at least earning something.
The team was helpful and informative . all the delays where on the side of the company i was leaving. go figure! thanks again for your diligence.
The only thing that keeps my rating from being 5 stars is funding my account.I would like to be able to have my deposit deducted straight from my bank account.Having to pay transfer fees is counter productive to investing.
Customer service is awesome. My 401k custodian didn't transfer my funds correctly to iTrust. iTrust customer service rep Rochelle called them up, chased the issue down and I had funds in my account that evening. She called me several times to keep me up to date on the progress. Awesome!
Danielle and ITrust are easy to work with and very quick to respond to service request.
I can't begin to say how easy this was in comparison to Coinbase or Uphold. Just having a phone call to talk to a real person was 100% better than both of those platforms. KUDOS to iTrust Capital. The customer support calls were perfect. Please teach other platforms how to do customer support. Thanks to Shawn Noad and Jared Felman, I had a call with each.
