Customer service is great Customer service is great! Both when I moved my 401k from Charles Schwab to iTrust IRA, and when I I decided to convert my traditional IRA to Roth, the iTrust team always moved swiftly and promptly. This last time Jeffrey Carpizo was a great help. He answered my questions and always responded very quickly to my needs.
