These guys are the REAL DEAL! Ok, so they were having a computer glitch that made it so I couldn't trade. I called and informed them. Trent said they were working on the issue and would keep me posted on progress. He then texted me with his direct line so I could keep in touch. Bottom line is they had it fixed in a couple days. My trade execute and I made money. They also went above and beyond and insisted that I receive $100 for my trouble. These guys are the real deal! You can trust them to do everything they say and more.

I had a lost check from an IRA rollover… I had a lost check from an IRA rollover that was supposed to go into my Traditional IRA account. The check was lost in limbo and had one day to be deposited. I received a text from Sharon and then a phone call. She was able to find the check and gave me instructions for depositing it. I can't thank her enough for her patience and expertise.
