Simple and easy to setup and find my account. Intro call was quick, informative and the rep was able to answer all my questions.
Easy to use and great investment platform
The setup was easy and fast. I was able to start investing right away.
Great platform, easy to use. I feel like the customer service is lacking. When I had questions regarding how much I could invest in my Roth IRA or what income I needed to stay under to remain qualified, I was told to talk to a financial advisor. Well that’s great but financial advisors don’t know anything about crypto. I think a better user experience would be to have customer service operators that have some type of accounting or CPA experience. Otherwise I love the platform!
Would be 5 stars if it wasn't 30 bucks a month.

Took a bit to get it going but glad I’m there now.
I made my first shift of a partial Rollover IRA which was self directed. After seeing how easy the process was and how incredible it is to work with ITrustCapital I was confident to do two more shifts of money. I have had a great experience working with them and they are incredibly professional!
