During the hectic time when the custodian was being changed she was still able to help me perform a Roth conversion. Investing is easy- don’t go over invest I had an issue that by oversight I invested more than allowed in a Roth 401(k). In contacting the customer service, I was able to communicate through emails on my concerns. This issue I discovered during the heaviest time of the year, it was tax season and they had changes that involved, trust Fortress which had complications arise, I was one of those who got caught in this updating process of the new program while trying to resolve my own problem. iTrustCapital Sign Up Process The sign up and creating an account process was fairly simple and straight forward. The transfer of funds was also easier than I expected. What I liked the most was that I could call and have a phone conversation with someone that spoke American English with an accent that I could understand and were very helpful.

Jimmy Herrera was extremely patient… Jimmy Herrera was extremely patient walking me through all of the steps to transfer funds into my bank account. Since I am older and not particularly savvy with technology, it must have taken me much longer to comprehend what I had to do, but Jimmy never rushed me or interrupt me trying to click onto all the sites and file folders to get to where I needed to be.
