iTrust made good with us... After a very bad initial showing in dealing with a hacker break-in to my mother's account, iTrust finally came back and made good with us, via a very gracious call from one of their VPs and a pledge to undo the damage done to her IRA account. They have further pledged to repair the previous flaw in their security, so that we and every other iTrust client can have full faith in their security protocols, going forward. My experience The UI\UX could be a lot better but it is functional. Customer service responds to me reasonably quick with answers to my questions. Call experience has been non existent. Seems like every time I tried a call directly iTrust wasn't accepting calls at that time. But overall my experience has not been bad.
