I was pleasantly surprised on how easy it was to roll over my 401k and Roth accounts with Itrust. I had several conversations with their staff and all my questions were answered and I felt this was a perfect fit for me.

Excellent and fast
I did a good bit of research and iTrust Capital was lower on fees than their competitors regarding IRA custodian fees and asset based fees. Their site is pretty good. Only complaint is it’s hard or impossible to make a call and get an answer immediately. I think they stopped taking incoming phone calls.
It’s hard to reach anyone by phone. XRP should update currently even though trading is on hold. Need more options to trade crypto.
Using iTrust has been a wonderful experience thus far and would recommend their services to anyone looking into services providers such as iTrust. I can buy/sell 24/7, the site is always up to date and working which is so important in the crypto space. The only reason for the 4 stars is b/c I believe they have room to grow and improve. Options for additional cryptos, faster funding and perhaps options to stake or borrow against your crypto holdings would be fantastic options down the road.
