Great platform and have had no issues. I do wish they would let you set buy or sell orders. I also think providing a platform to be in both crypto and traditional investment vehicles would take the platform next level.

Itrust Capitol has provided exceptional work in moving 401k funds to a conventional IRA and establishing a Roth IRA for me. I have wanted to invest in precious metals for years (and more recently in crypto) but my 401k didn't provide those options. Any questions I have are answered quickly and professionally by the Itrust staff and fees are less then those paid in the 401k (which are often hard to determine without a deep dive into 401k information)
So easy to use. Super cheap fees give you the ability to almost day trade at affordable fees! Best choice I ever made moving money into this Crypto IRA
Happy to be using iTrust for a crypto currency IRA. I only wish there was more assets listed. In the future when they add more assets I'm sure my rating will grow to 5 stars.
Customer service is Great for resolving issues
ITrustCapital charges flat 1% Crypto trading fee but the real-time Bitcoin and ethereum market prices are always 0.5-0.75% higher than the popular exchanges, e.g. Binance and Gemini. So, you're really always charging 1.5-1.75% trading fee. That bothers me a bit, but they're still the best crypto IRA around hands down.
