We'll call you right away to resolve this. Shouldn't take too long to get your funds delivered to you. We appreciate your patience and for letting us know about this. We rely on our Trust company to make sure these checks go out, and they have obviously not done their part with this case. This is a big reason why we announced our integration with a new Trust company earlier this month.
Most all transactions can be handled… Most all transactions can be handled online easily. I recently needed to speak with agent, though, and was surprised how quick and efficient the rep handled it. Great customer service!
