very simple and easy to use. The customer support was great, I received lots of communication via email when setting up my account and doing a rollover. my one complaint is that I wish that ACH transfers were enabled, the previous 401k could only mail to my house or do a ACH transfer for my rollover. so the process to rollover took a couple weeks at which point bitcoin's price went up significantly. wish it could have gone a little faster. however, I will be hodling till I retire, very excited that iTrust provides this gre... read more
I've been an iTrustCapital customer for about 1 month now. So far, the platform exceeds expectations. The user interface is better than that of some mainstream financial institutions. However, the fees are really where iTrustCapital separates themselves from their competitors. We all know transactions on BTC network are expensive. I doubt we will see another custodian with a lower trade fee than 1%. Game-changing company. The only IRA custodian with an open, honest, fair pricing mechanism for Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency. Very professional and responsive. Easy set-up. As long as they remain secure from fraud, they are the only real player in the industry. They seem as secure or more so than any of the rip-off competition.
Their service and follow thru has been exceptional. It's nice that you can schedule an appointment to speak with someone directly. After requesting a task or answer the responsiveness is very fast. I feel their commissions are reasonable and I hear are very competitive in the industry. No matter who I speak to whether it be Carol or Blake or others they are polite, patient and well-informed with your questions.
I am pleased with the services ITrust Capital provides for storing Bitcoin in my Roth IRA and the opportunities it provides for diversifying my portfolio. I have suggested ITrust Capital’s services to several people.
