Customer Service Done Right !! I am 67 y.o., technologically challenged, and quite new to I-Trust Capital. I recently required some assistance with funding issues. The representative I dealt with (Ben) gets a 5 'Very' review from me. Very Patient Very Friendly Very Professional Very Knowledgeable Very Helpful I've dealt with a few other custodial/exchange companies (which shall remain nameless) and felt as though their customer service was VERY poor.
